Lynda is the founder of Strategic Crossroads, LLC. She is a world-class executive and transpersonal coach, strategic business/organizational consultant, and facilitator of business transformations and large-scale organization and social change. Her thirty years of experience in various corporate leadership, business management, consulting and coaching positions; plus her belief in human potential for positive change have formed the foundation for her work with her clients.

She works with international profit and non-profit clients to facilitate their success in customer-focused strategic and operational planning, large scale change initiatives, maximizing leadership and team performance, and leadership and transpersonal coaching. In her coaching practice, Lynda awakens individuals to step into authentic leadership to act with greater responsibility, integrity, and courage to achieve their goals and dreams.

Lynda has worked with CEOs, presidents, and their staffs to deliver successful business results for fortune 500 companies, and non-profit organizations such as Hewlett Packard, ING Bank Amsterdam, FXB International Geneva, Syngenta Seed, Micron, South Dakota Achieve, and the Idaho Non-Profit Center.

Her past experience includes 25 years of business management and consulting experience with leadership roles spanning multiple functions including Marketing, R&D, Customer Experience Management, Quality, and Consulting. Before forming her own firm, Lynda directed Hewlett Packard’s Strategic Customer Experience and Business Acceleration internal consulting practices where she led successful emerging market and large-scale business transformations across HP worldwide.
As an innovator, Lynda has partnered with industry leading experts in Appreciative Inquiry, World Café, Dialogue, Systems Thinking, and other related large group facilitation processes. With partners in Hewlett Packard, she developed early value chain delivery methodologies which led to transformational changes in HP’s ability to understand and effectively transform customer experiences.

Lynda is a certified Integral Coach, which forms the foundation for her work with her clients. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with extended learning in Systems Thinking, Personal Mastery, and numerous consulting and coaching methodologies.

Lynda’s passion to support positive organization and social change by working with leaders in and across organizations to move beyond the illusionary beliefs and systems that keep them stuck; resulting in transformational shifts in awareness, effectiveness, and a deepening in their relationship to themselves, the world around them, and to their calling -- thus allowing them to increase their positive impact in the world.
